Shipping Policy
Non-Customized merchandise is 100% refundable, just return the item and receive your refund. Custom orders will be supplied a proof prior to creation. Once approved the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping times will vary based on the size of your order and availability of material. Most items ship within 7-10 business days. Confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email when shipping takes place. Shade Tree Creations is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
